Mike has over 27 years of experience in real estate development projects with extensive experience managing legacy resort and primary home developments . Mike has spent a good portion of his career overseeing day-to-day operations and creating strategic alliances with state , local and federal agencies . Mike has had the fortunate opportunity to serve as the Head of Technical Services for several resort projects across the country , leading all capital improvement and repositioning projects . Prior to co-founding Thrivemore Advisors , Mike has held senior leadership roles with the Beach Company , Westrock , Celebration Associates and Natural Retreats .

As Overabove ’ s Chief Innovation Officer , Deven focuses on novel ways to leverage big data to orchestrate customer experiences and advance a new generation of customer engagement .
