Charles has dedicated over 35 years to large-scale , legacy primary home and resort community mixed-use developments . His career includes leadership roles with Walt Disney Imagineering , Rayonier , Celebration Associates , VHB , and Trammell Crow Residential . Along the way he has owned and operated land development , home building , real estate brokerage , utility , property management , resort , and club companies . He also founded and operated many not-for-profit property owner associations , independent special districts and community foundations .

Amy has earned a reputation for providing invaluable technology advisory services to large-scale master planned communities , multifamily , single-family , resort , and mixed-use communities across the country . Prior to co-founding Thrivemore Advisors , Amy led her own technology advisory services firm , Celebration Communities , serving an impressive group of regional and national clients . Her career began with 16 years at The Walt Disney Company where she held a variety of roles in the telecommunications division , including her leadership in Celebration , the epic project that first aligned technology with real estate development .
